Hi there! My name is Boris Manchev, and I’m originally from Strumica, Macedonia. My first love was basketball, and I spent countless hours training and dreaming of making it to the pro league someday. Unfortunately, a severe knee injury forced me to change direction. But, as they say, every cloud has a silver lining. While recovering from my injury, I discovered my love for health and fitness. I was fascinated by the changes I could achieve with my body, which ignited a desire to start learning more about how to help others achieve their fitness goals.<\/p>

After obtaining my first personal training license from Belgrade, Serbia, I started working with various individuals and helping them accomplish a transformation. I began to build my brand, and three years later, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Medicine.<\/strong><\/p>

Moving to the USA, I continued to gain more experience and knowledge by working with the best coaches and mentors in the fitness industry. I even had the opportunity to compete on the men’s physique stage, winsome shows, and do many photo shoots. Through all this, I became obsessed with helping my clients achieve their goals and started developing a deep understanding of what it takes to transform successfully.\u00a0<\/p>

David Temelkov, born and raised in Skopje, Macedonia, dived into sports at a tender age, trying Karate and Soccer. However, it was Mixed Martial Arts that genuinely captivated him. Despite an arm surgery forcing him to pivot, he discovered a new love for fitness during his recovery. <\/p>\n

He eventually became an expert in training details and exercise selection through various certifications and obtained an IFBB<\/b> Pro license<\/b> for personal training in Macedonia. Guided by his close friend and mentor Boris, David’s dedication to helping others achieve their goals and dreams shines through, leading to significant success with his clients. <\/p>\n

David’s journey in fitness extends beyond being a trainer; he found fulfillment in “Men’s Physique” competitions and experienced the transformative power of discipline and dedication, which he now uses to inspire and guide others on their fitness journeys, aiming to make a positive impact and help them become their best selves as part of the 1% family.<\/p>\n

Guido Van Ryssegem is a fantastic athletic trainer, and he is based in Oregon. He has over 40 years of experience, and he is the owner, CEO, and lead lecturer for the China Institute of Sports Medicine and Performance Academy, impacting national and international institutions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

He has been published in international journals, reviewed for the Journal of Back and Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation, and presented for prestigious organizations like the NATA, NSCA, and ACSM. Guido’s impressive career includes working with professional baseball teams, and he holds certifications as a Board-Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS), and Registered Nurse (RN).\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Recognized for his contributions, he received the 2012 NATA Service Award and played active leadership roles within NSCA and NATA.
